Shipping Policy

We send the purchased items from Portugal, by registered mail/package (Correios de Portugal, CTT) and the Client will always be provided with the postal/tracking number of it. Delivery by messenger is also possible, so please choose your preference from the available delivery methods.
The delivery time differs from country to country. It usually takes 1-3 days for parcels to be delivered to addresses in Portugal, about 7-10 working days for the parcels to be delivered within Europe and around 10-25 working days to other continents.
In case of any problems or delays on our side, we will surely let you know. Unfortunately we have no impact on post's performance, so the delivery time indicated above may be different.

International customs payments, shall they apply in case of the country of the recipient, are Client's responsibility. Estimated delivery time indicated above doesn't include customs control time, if such has place.

Tracking, Tracking outside Portugal and outside Europe

Once your jewellery is sent, you'll always be provided you with the tracking/postal number, as all parcels are sent as registered mail. Nonetheless, tracking using the Portuguese Post Office Site usually doesn't work outside Europe. This happens because after the package is received in destination country, a different reference number is given to it. In such cases, if yo wish to know the status of the item, what you can do is to take the reference number indicated (that will be RHxxxxxxxxxPT/ YZxxxxxxxxxPT), go directly to your post office and ask to have the status of the parcel checked it in the national post data base.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Client has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, nonetheless the cancellation must be made before the ordered product has been sent. After the product is sent, the customer still can return the product within 14 days upon its receipt. Shipping costs are always covered by the customer. Refunds will be made via PayPal or other agreed payment method within 3 working days from proper receipt of the product, that must be delivered in original condition and packaging.
